Record payment received (QuickBooks Integration only)
The Paid check box on the Guest List tab may be used to assist in tracking payments for display purposes on the Account tab in the Events module. The Paid check box options do not record within the Billing module or in your QuickBooks.
Receive payments for your event invoices using standard QuickBooks procedures for receiving payments. These payments may be viewed in the Members module Payment Activity area on the members’ Account tab.
