Associate a registrant with a member record

When a registrant is not associated with a member record, an information icon will appear after the Registrant name in the Guest List. Associating a registrant with a member record will provide the best reporting and statistics for that member. However, leaving a registrant unassociated is not required.

1.	If this registrant is someone that is in your database or should be added to your database, click the Registrant name.

2.	Then select how to connect this registrant: Create Member Record, Create New Rep, Associate with Existing Rep.

 

3.	If associating with an existing rep, you will be offered the selection to keep the guest’s contact information as is, or use the contact information on the existing rep record.
