Modify registration status

On the Guest List tab, click the desired guest’s name in the Guest List area. The selected row will show in yellow and will display the Edit Guest Information screen.
As long as no invoice has been generated for this guest, a Registration Status change from Registered to Invitation Declined or Invitation Sent – No Response will remove the invoice from the list of invoices to be created for this event.

Selecting a Registration Status of Sponsor Only – Not Attending will remove this participant from the Guest List. Choose this Status only if the participant is already on the Guest List.
