Edit guest contact information

On the Guest List tab, click the desired guest’s name in the Guest List area. The selected row will show in yellow and will display the Edit Guest Information screen.

Fee amounts should only be modified BEFORE the invoice is created. Once generated, a new invoice is not generated when changes are made to the guest list fee amount(s).

select representative button
Select Representative will appear instead of Break Representative/Member Link if this guest is not associated with a member record. See Figure 5-22. You may select a representative in the database that this guest will be associated with for invoicing and event history purposes.

Click Save.
