How to offer a downloadable file

1.	Create your product.

2.	Edit your product variant.

One way to edit your product variant is to select Catalog->Products->Bulk Edit Product Variants. Click View in the row of the desired product variant to edit.

3.	Select the “Downloadable product” checkmark.

4.	Click Upload a file, browse to the desired file and upload.

5.	Review the other downloadable file options. Hover over the blue help icon to understand each feature.

6.	Deselect “Shipping Enabled” checkmark.

7.	Double-check the tax rate. If this item should not be taxed, select the “Tax Exempt” checkmark.

8.	Click Save.

When this product is purchased, shoppers will be able to view their download link by logging in on the storefront under My Account. Select Downloadable products.

Guest checkouts will not be able to access the downloadable option.
