Setup menu – QuickBooks Selections

Click Setup in the left-hand menu bar. See explanations below.

1 – QuickBooks Connection Settings – Displays QuickBooks configuration and a choice to test the QuickBooks connection. See “Test QuickBooks Connection.”

2 – Compare Member Records with QuickBooks – Used during initialization of ChamberMaster and QuickBooks records. See “Match Records and Setup Fees”.

3 – Membership Fees and Dues – See also “Managing Fees and Dues”.

4 – ACH Options and Settings – Configure ACH (Automated Clearing House) invoices and payment settings. See “ACH Options”.

5 – View Open Member Invoices – Generates list of invoices with filters for desired date(s), those marked as pending, and those that have not been marked as printed in QuickBooks. Access to generate recurring membership invoices is available through this selection also.
