Edit fees and dues billing frequency
1.
Click QuickBooks in the left-hand menu bar.
2.
Click the Fee Items tab.
Alternatively, you may click Membership Fees and Dues in the Setup menu.

Click Edit Pricing in the Fee Amount column for the item that you desire to change.
4.
Make desired billing frequency changes in the Billing Frequency area. See Figure 10-8.
5.
Click Save Changes.
