Daily maintenance of member accounts performed in ChamberMaster, whether adding a new member, deleting a member, changing membership status, or simply changing a member address, will automatically increment the QB Updates item displayed on the Task List. Click QB Updates in the Task List to access a screen where these changes may be passed through to QuickBooks.QB Updates are displayed only for those employees with a permission level of Administrator or Finance. The Standard User is not able to view or process these updates.Each QB Update can be handled individually or processed as a group of updates.
