Option 3 - Item/Service exists in QuickBooks but does not exist in ChamberMaster
If Option 3 is used, a Billing Cycle must be assigned to the fee after it has been created in ChamberMaster. Click the title of the Fee Item Name. Select the desired Billing Cycle. Click Update ChamberMaster.

Click QuickBooks in the left-hand menu bar in ChamberMaster.

Click the Fee Items tab.

Click Add Fee Items.

From the list of QuickBooks items and services click the check box in front of the QuickBooks Fee Item that you desire to add to ChamberMaster. (You may select multiple items if desired.)

Click Save & Exit.

Select the desired Billing Cycle.
