Click Setup in the left-hand menu bar in ChamberMaster.

Click QuickBooks Connection Settings in the QuickBooks Options/Settings area.

The QuickBooks company file name in ChamberMaster setup must match exactly the name specified on the title bar of the QuickBooks program when it is open. Everything, including spaces, commas, and abbreviations must match EXACTLY.

Click Test Connection.

The resulting window will display Test Successful. Click OK.
