Contacting ChamberMaster will allow them to provide all menu choices needed to work with QuickBooks and remove all selections associated with the Billing module.
Call 1-800-825-9171 to reach ChamberMaster Customer Support and ask to switch to the QuickBooks billing solution.
If you are presently using the Billing module, you may choose to record opening balances or other important financial data in QuickBooks before switching to the QuickBooks interface.
However, you may also receive payment on any invoices from the ChamberMaster Billing solution and apply it to each member’s account against that particular legacy invoice even while the QuickBooks billing solution is in place.
Tip! When the billing solution is changed to QuickBooks, the Billing module data is not destroyed but the balances on Member accounts in ChamberMaster come only from data that is in QuickBooks. Billing module invoices and payments are visible on the Member Account.
If you’d like to have non-QuickBooks billing reports available to view these legacy balances and reports contact ChamberMaster Customer Support. These reports would be helpful only until payments were received on all legacy invoices.
