What can I do with a 404 error when I’m trying to install CQI? (QB integration only) There are a couple of potential workarounds to the 404 issue with the CQI 2 install: 1. Attempt the download in Internet Explorer. If there is a 404 error, switch the browser to compatibility mode (IE7, IE8 and IE9+Compatibility). In IE8, select Tools, Compatibility View. In IE9 change compatibility levels by hitting F12 and then choose an option under the Browser Mode menu item. 2. Start the download directly from http://cqiserver2.chambermaster.com/client/cqi.application (all browsers should support this).
