Is there a way to refresh all member account balances and history at onetime? (QB integration only)
Yes. Refreshing a single account may be done at any time by clicking Refresh QuickBooks Data on the members’ Account tab. If you desire to refresh multiple accounts at one time, you will find this selection in the QuickBooks module on the Synchronization tab. See more information in “Refresh Account Activity for a single member” and “Refresh Account Activity for multiple members” in the “QuickBooks section” of online help.
