When an applicant has been approved or declined, their information is moved in the Application History tab. Applicants remain on this list for 90 days where they may be viewed. At any time, this data may be exported to a CSV (comma separated value) file. This might be done to save the data for historical purposes, or to use as a source file in a mail merge, or for viewing and manipulating in other programs.
