Member requested to be billed
If a member requested to be billed, a selection on the Action drop-down will assist in creating the invoice if using Integrated Billing. If using QuickBooks Billing, then you may wish to approve the member, create them in QuickBooks, and then create their invoice in QuickBooks.
If it is not desirable to create any billing transactions at this time, simply Approve (or Decline) the applicant.
Steps to bill prospect from Mbr Signups – ChamberMaster Billing only

Click Mbr Signups in the Task List.

Click the Action drop-down menu on the name of the desired applicant.

Or you may click Approve/Create Invoice instead. This will allow you to continue the steps below but eliminates the need to return and select Approve later. Some chambers may not approve an applicant until their payment is received. In this case, select Create Invoice Only at this time.

Back in the Mbr Signups, an additional sentence appears in the Billing Status field: “Invoice has been created”. The Action drop-down choices are now limited to Approve or Decline.
