Automatic Thank You Email
An automatic email is sent to an applicant immediately following their submission. View a copy of the email on the prospect’s Communication tab in the Members module. If desired, this automatic ‘Thank You’ email may be disabled.

Modify the custom thank you paragraph
1.
Click Setup in the left-hand menu.

Click Define Membership Packages.
3.
Click the General tab.
4.
Edit the text in the ‘Thank you’ field in the Custom Fields section.
5.
Click Save.
Disable the automatic ‘Thank You’ email
1.
Click Setup in the left-hand menu.
2.
Click Define Membership Packages.
3.
Click the General tab.
4.
Click to de-select the “Send Automatic ‘Thank You’ Email check box in the General section.
5.
Click Save.
