Web Hits/Statistics

Hit reports will show a “hit” for each time that the page is viewed no matter by who, or how many times they view it. Stats are not immediately updated but will refresh nightly.

Note: If desired you may exclude hits from web bots, or web crawlers, that visit your website for various reasons. Read this announcement from 9/25/2012 when this feature became available.

Member’s web site statistics report

1.	On the Stats tab, click Web Hits/Statistics (if not already open). If Web Hits/Statistics is already open, clicking it will close the selection.

2.	Click Web Page Hits.

3.	Type the desired date range or click the calendar icon to select the desired dates. See Figure 6-3.

4.	Click Refresh Listing.

5.	You may view the statistics or also print the statistics by selecting Print. Then from the File menu, click Print. Make desired selections and click OK.

Hot Deals Hits, Job Postings Hits, or MarketSpace Hits reports

1.	On the Stats tab, click Web Hits/Statistics (if not already open). If Web Hits/Statistics is already open, clicking it will close the selection.

2.	Click Hot Deal Hits, Job Postings Hits or MarketSpace Hits.

3.	Type the desired date range or click the calendar icon to select the desired dates. See Figure 6-5.

4.	Complete the desired Filter Options fields.

5.	Click Refresh Listing.

6.	You may view the statistics or also print the statistics by selecting Print. Then from the File menu, click Print. Make desired selections and click OK.

The drop-down selection box only displays if there are multiple items to select from. If only one item is available under the current filter options, the drop-down selection box will not be displayed.

The Hot Deal Hits report, Job Postings Hits report and the MarketSpace Hits report are also available in the Members Only web site for the member to view when set to Enabled by the Administrator under Setup->Member Login Area Options and Settings.
