How to “favorite” a member/rep and download their vcard

Mark any rep or member as your “favorite” which allows you to

filter the member directory quickly in the Member Information Center

filter the social feed posts quickly

How to favorite/unfavorite a member or rep

1.	Access the Member Information Center as a member, rep or staff person.

2.	Click Directory in the main menu bar.

3.	Locate and click into the member or rep that you’d like to “favorite”.

4.	Click the Favorite button.

5.	A colored star will display. Your member/rep is now marked as your “favorite”. Click the Favorite button again to remove the “favorite” status. A white star indicates that the member/rep is no longer your “favorite”.

Viewing your Favorites

When inside the Member Information Center, click the Directory button in the main menu bar. Then select the Favorites checkbox in the left-hand filters area. Only your favorite members or reps will be displayed in the directory listing.

Note: the Favorites checkbox will only display if you have favorites marked.

When viewing the social feed within the Member Information Center, select the Favorites link at the top of the social feed. This will display only the posts made by your favorite member or rep.

If you favorite a member, all posts of any reps on the member account will be displayed.
