Member Only Links (Resources or Menus) View video - Providing Resources (Files and Links) to members Custom website links may be listed for the member that may be accessed by the member when logged into the Member Information Center. These would be links to other website resources and would appear as a menu item for your members in the Member Information Center. Note: These links also work in Member Information Center version 1. The only difference would be that the location for the member to access is in the left-hand menu instead of the under the Search menu. Listing the links (Office staff instructions) 1. Login to your software (NOT the Member Information Center) with Admin permissions. 2. Follow the steps to “Create your own menu selections”. Accessing the links (Member instructions) 1. Login to the Member Information Center. 2. Click the Search menu. 3. Click Resources/Files. 4. The links will display on the left-hand side where they may be clicked by the member. A sample member Links section is displayed below. To have a set of links that looks like what is displayed above, the Member Login Area Options and Settings would look like this after it had been entered under Setup.
