To create a new Constant Contact account click Communication->Newsletters/Email Campaigns->I am a Constant Contact Subscriber.  Click Open Constant Contact and follow instructions on the screen to sign up for a new account.  Be sure to check out the pricing available for non-profit organizations.

Note: the 3/1/2011 update allows you to select specific groups to be synched.

Enter Constant Contact login credentials and select the “Automatically synchronize group rosters daily” check box under Setup->General Options and Settings in the Add-On Manager area.
