Use either Custom Report - Representative or Custom Report - Members in the Reports module to develop a list of desired representatives. Click Create Group, provide a group name, and then select this unique, custom group throughout ChamberMaster as recipients of email, event invitations, or as a record of those meeting your specific criteria at that point in time.
