A new selection, which must be turned on for existing ChamberMaster users, will allow member contact information changes to flow through to your reps.
Turn on "Auto-update representative contact information when updating members" found under Setup->General Options and Settings.

When the member's address, primary phone or fax number is updated and it exactly matches the representative's address, work phone or fax number then the matching representative(s) field(s) will be updated as well.  If unique rep contact information is found in these fields, they will not automatically be updated.
Changes to the General tab fields (Primary Phone, Mailing Address, Fax) will automatically update associated fields on the Reps tab when the fields match exactly.
