Member Options – Free Setup, Upgrade, Opt in or Opt Out

Once your association has opted into the program, members need to complete their free setup in order to be eligible to have gift cards purchased.

By completing their free setup their name is placed on the Gift Card. Without completion of the free setup, cards may be purchased but the member name does not appear on the card.

Members who understand the benefits may wish to upgrade to premium features. These tasks are performed through selections in their Member Information Center.

Members are classified into one of following statuses:

Inactive: member is not included in the program

Active(Basic): Free setup has been complete; Gift cards, displaying the member name, may be purchased from this member

Active (Premium): Gift cards with member name, logo and custom card designs may be purchased from this member. More premium features are included

The following tasks may be completed by the member based on their current status:

Complete the free setup

Upgrade to Premium

Once upgraded to Premium, the member will want to implement their upgraded features.
