Click the Help button (help button) on your screens, for additional tips, tricks, or detailed descriptions.

Type any keywords in the Search Help box in the left-hand menu.

Click Request Support in the left-hand menu to enter a direct request into Customer Service.

View a current class schedule and register online via the Webinars menu selection

Recorded sessions of training webinars are available by clicking Help/Info in the left-hand menu; then open Videos, Webinars, and Other Resources and select Webinars – recorded sessions.

Video tutorials are available throughout the software wherever you see the moviecamera icon. Find a library of all videos by clicking Help/Info in the left-hand menu; then open Videos, Webinars, and Other Resources and select Video Tutorials.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions are found by clicking Help/Info in the left-hand menu; then open Videos, Webinars, and Other Resources and select FAQs.

Forum – Ask your peers at other organizations where this software is in use. Select Forum from the Dashboard module. Watch a 3 minute video to learn how to effectively use the forum and then submit your own and reply to topics of interest – about your software and also other organization-specific topics.
