Record of Attendance

Event registrants that are also representatives of a member in the database will display on the Member’s record as having registered for the event.

This history may be viewed by opening the Event Activity area on the Stats tab of the desired member in the Members module.

Stats on who actually attended the event (not just registered) for the event may also be kept separately if desired. To maintain this statistic, see “Record actual attendance”.

The Members->Stats tab, along with other event reports, will differentiate between those registered and those who actually attended.

Event reports that now include Actual Attendance numbers include: Event Activity Summary, Event Attendance: Non-Member, Event Attendance: Members
