Run Member Update Activity Report Prior to each export it is recommended that you run a Member Update Activity Report to view and reconcile any changes of member names made in ChamberMaster that may not have been done in QuickBooks since the last export. Member Update Activity Report 1. Click Reports in the left-hand menu. 2. Click Membership Reports- Multiple Members. 3. Click Member Update Activity Report in Member Information Reports section. 4. Select a beginning date range that includes the day of your last export. 5. Click Member Company Name in the Change Type drop down. Figure 8-8 Sample Member Update Activity Report 6. Click Refresh Listing. 7. Check that your customer names in QuickBooks match the New Value listed here. If not, make the change in QuickBooks prior to importing your ChamberMaster transactions.
