Journal Entry Export – Accrual Basis vs. Cash Basis

There are two selections available when desiring to export your transactions: Journal Entry Export – Accrual Basis and Journal Entry Export – Cash Basis.

Journal Entry Export – Accrual Basis will display all possible transactions that match the selected filter option.

Journal Entry Export – Cash Basis will display only payments and receipts that match the selected filter option.

Note: The title of the report, Accrual or Cash Basis, indicates the general idea of when the report is used. To include transactions specific to your needs outside of these broad concepts, select Journal Entry Export - Accrual Basis and manually exclude any transactions not desired.
