Ensure that the Non Tax Set has no tax assigned

1.	Click Setup in the left-hand menu.

2.	Click Sales Tax in the Billing area.

3.	All Tax Sets and all individual Tax Items will display.

4.	Click the title of the Non Tax Set. The Non Tax Set will display in a purple color. See Figure 1-9.

5.	Make sure that no check boxes are selected in the Included Tax Items list as shown in Figure 1-9.
