Selecting Member Information Center version

A new version of the Member Information Center (the members-only login area) became available in November 2012 v3. A newer version yet was introduced in March of 2014 -Version 4. This updated Member Information Center ter offers a new “look and feel” and additional features.

This selection may be enabled at any time by staff and takes effect immediately for all members. Take care to educate your members about the change they will see. Click Setup in the left-hand menu.

1.	Click Member Login Area Options & Settings in the General Information area.

2.	Click the Settings tab.

3.	In the MIC Version section, select the desired version for your Member Information Center. (Version 4 recommended)

Note: there is no charge to upgrade to the newer version with all the newest features.

4.	Click Save.

No harm is done if you switch to a new version and then return back to the original version.
